FAQs

The Process & How To Work With Me

  • How do I get started?

Easy! Hit the “Book a Free Call” button, choose a time slot from the online calendar and fill out the quick form. We’ll hop on a call to get to know each other, dig into your goals, desires for your business, and vision for your retreat. Yes, we’ll vibe-check too!

We’ll discuss the type of support you need, then I’ll follow up within a couple of days with a tailored proposal based on your specific needs. From there, we’ll kick things off together with a clear roadmap and timeline.

  • Can I customize a package?

Absolutely! Your business isn’t cookie-cutter, so why should your support be? We’ll dig into your specific needs and customise everything based on exactly what will serve you best.

Every retreat is unique, every venue has different requirements, and every entrepreneur has different strengths and challenges. I create packages that fit your vision, budget, and timeline.

  • What’s the process like?

After our kickoff call, you’ll get a clear roadmap with specific milestones and deadlines. We’ll have regular check-ins based on your package, and I’ll keep my eyes (and brain) on every detail that matters.

Everything is transparent and organized through project management tools, so you always know exactly what’s happening and when. I’ll guide you from confusion to clarity with confidence, and you’ll never feel like you’re fumbling in the dark.

  • How long does it take?

This depends on your package, goals, and the type of retreat you’re creating. A local weekend wellness retreat might take 3-6 months from concept to launch. An international week-long transformational journey to Thailand is more like a 6–18 month marathon with way more moving pieces.

Different retreats need different approaches. Luxury destinations require more vendor research, international retreats need visa guidance and cultural considerations, and first-time retreat leaders need more foundational support than experienced hosts. I’ll give you a realistic timeline upfront so you can plan accordingly.

  • Why aren’t exact prices listed on the website?

Because every retreat, programme, property, and project is unique, so I don’t offer fixed prices. The investment depends on several factors: the length and location of your retreat, the complexity of your vision, the scope of support you need, and any special requirements.

After our initial call, once I fully understand your plans and what kind of support you’re looking for, I’ll provide a personalised proposal. My aim is to ensure that my services are accessible and aligned with the value you receive. This approach allows us to co-create a solution that fits your budget and your vision.

  • Since you’re a digital nomad, how do time zones work?

I’m pretty flexible with scheduling and always confirm times in your zone. We’ll find a way to make it work – plus, imagine the feeling of waking up in the morning and seeing that someone else (me!) has made tons of progress on your retreat planning while you were sleeping.

I work with clients across multiple time zones, so I’m used to coordinating across different schedules. Most of our work happens asynchronously, with scheduled calls for key decisions and check-ins.

  • How do we stay in touch?

We’ll use a combination of email, project management tools (I love Notion and Trello but will adapt to your preferred platforms), and scheduled calls as outlined in your package.

Whenever you have a question, or have any relevant info about your retreats, feel free to drop me a line. I’m big on clear, friendly, and fast communication. You’ll never be left wondering what’s happening or waiting days for responses to urgent questions.

Who I Work With

  • I’m feeling completely overwhelmed, is that normal?

Totally normal, and exactly why I exist. Here’s the good news: overwhelm disappears once we start working together and break everything down into manageable steps.

Overwhelm usually comes from trying to hold too many moving pieces in your head at once. My job is to get everything out of your brain and onto paper (or screens), create clear priorities, and tackle things in the right order. I’ll also help quiet that busy mind and address any imposter syndrome that might be creeping in.

  • What if I don’t have everything figured out yet?

Perfect! Some of my best work happens with clients who show up with passion and questions, not polished plans. All you need to know is that you want to create something meaningful. Everything else we’ll figure out together.

We’ll clarify your vision, identify your ideal participants, and create a retreat that truly reflects who you are and what you offer.

  • Do you work with clients everywhere in the world?

Absolutely! My clients are scattered across this beautiful planet. If you’ve got Wi-Fi and big dreams, we can work together.

I specialize in international retreat planning, so I understand visa requirements, cultural considerations, and the logistics of hosting retreats in different countries. Whether you’re planning something local or dreaming of Sri Lanka, I can help make it happen.

The Value I Offer

  • Why do I need your help?

You’re amazing at what you do: your practice, your teaching, your transformation work. The marketing, pricing, and sales side can feel icky and overwhelming though. You might worry that promoting your work makes it feel less noble or authentic.

The result is beautiful retreats that struggle to fill and don’t generate real profit. That’s not sustainable, and frankly, it’s heartbreaking to watch talented teachers undervalue their work.

I help you bridge that gap so you can market with integrity, create meaningful impact, and build a retreat business that actually supports your life. You’ll learn to talk about your work in a way that feels authentic while attracting the right people who genuinely want what you’re offering.

  • What makes you different from other consultants?

I bring strategy, creativity, and a whole lot of heart to every project, not cookie-cutter solutions. You won’t get the same recommendations and tools I give everyone else.

I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve volunteered at retreat centres, managed events, worked with celebrity clients, and built my own sustainable business from scratch. I understand both the spiritual heart of this work and the practical business side that keeps the lights on.

I’m also flexible and actually listen to what you need instead of trying to force you into a predetermined system.

  • How will working with you help me grow?

You’ll get a clear plan, actionable steps, and the ongoing support to actually execute everything we create together. No more analysis paralysis or spending months planning without taking action.

Here’s the real magic though: you’ll learn while we’re working together. You’ll start trusting your instincts, stop wasting time and money on marketing that doesn’t work, and create retreats that people are genuinely excited to join.

By the end of our work together, you’ll have systems in place that work without you having to reinvent the wheel every single time.

  • Do you provide ongoing support after the main project?

I don’t ghost you once the main work is done. The follow-up process depends on which package you choose, ranging from email check-ins to quarterly strategy calls.

Many clients continue working with me for their next retreats or for ongoing marketing support. I love building long-term relationships with retreat leaders and watching their businesses grow over time.

  • How do you guarantee an epic guest experience?

Through thoughtful schedules that balance activity with rest, welcoming energy that makes people feel at home, seamless logistics so nothing falls through the cracks, and clear communication that sets proper expectations.

I’ve worked in hospitality and have tons of experience being the bridge between venues and organisers. I know exactly how to make venues work for you, not against you. Plus, with over 15 years as an event manager, I understand what makes guests feel truly taken care of and how to anticipate their needs before they even realise they have them.

We’ll create detailed run-of-show documents, backup plans for when things go sideways (because they sometimes do), and systems that ensure your participants leave feeling transformed, not just relaxed.

Sustainability & Community

  • How do you make retreats and properties more sustainable?

From sourcing eco-friendly vendors to implementing zero-waste practices and creating conscious marketing that attracts environmentally-minded participants, I’ll help you make choices that are good for your business and the planet.

We’ll look at everything: transportation options for your participants, local and organic food sourcing, partnerships with eco-conscious accommodation providers, waste reduction strategies, and even digital practices that minimize your environmental footprint.

I’ll also help you put solid sustainability policies in place so both you and any retreat centres you work with are committed to doing this work responsibly. Sustainability isn’t just a buzzword for me; it’s a core value that influences every recommendation I make.

  • How do you involve local communities?

I’ll help you connect your retreat participants with authentic local experiences that benefit everyone involved. Think learning traditional crafts directly from local artisans, sharing meals with families in their homes, participating in cultural ceremonies when appropriate, or supporting community development projects.

The goal is creating real connections that leave everyone enriched, not just entertained. This means working with local guides and businesses, sourcing materials and food locally when possible, and ensuring that tourism actually benefit the communities you’re visiting.

We’ll also discuss cultural sensitivity, appropriate ways to engage with local traditions, and how to be a respectful visitor rather than just another tourist taking photos.
